• How much does shipping cost?

Non-insured shipping costs €3,5
Insured shipping with quick delivery and a tracking number costs €6 
Shipping to the Netherlands costs €6 (uninsured) or €9 (insured and with track and trace).
Choose the desired shipping method in step 2 when placing your order. 
ATTENTION: When you buy a handbag or jewelry box, the shipping cost changes automatically. Within Belgium it is €6 (with tracking anyway) and to the Netherlands it is €9.

• Can I return if I change my mind?

Yes, of course! Within 14 days after receiving your package you can contact me at info@orecchini.be. The cost of returning the package will be for your account.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

All handmade jewelry is made to order and I still work full time in my main job. I therefore count on a maximum of 4 working days for the preparation of your order. An insured shipment is then 1-2 days on its way and an uninsured shipment 3-5 days.

• Are all jewels nickel free?

Yes, all jewelry is nickel free!

• Are all earrings sold in pairs?

Almost all are! Only in the 'piccolo' collection there are some earrings that you buy per piece. This is clearly stated in the description.

• Can I place an order and have it sent to someone as a gift?

Yes, definitely! You then enter the address of the lucky person at delivery address. In the comments section you can specify a preferred delivery date (at least 4-5 days after ordering) and then the package will arrive as close to that date as possible. You can also leave a personal message which I can then put on a bill, on the back of the box or on one of our cards.

• An item is sold out, will it be back?

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. To be sure, you can always contact me using the contact form or send me an e-mail.

• Can I sell Orecchini jewelry in my store?

Yes, you can! Please contact me personally.
