Renouncing your purchase

As a consumer you have the right to inform us that you renounce your purchase, without having to pay a fine and without having to state a reason, within 30 working days from the day following the delivery. The goods must be in their original condition.

If you want to use this option, please send an e-mail to info@orecchini.be and send the goods back at your own risk and expense to:

As soon as we receive the goods, in original and undamaged condition, the amount will be refunded.

Warranty

If a problem occurs with an article that you purchased from Orecchini and you can prove that it was not your fault, then you have a guarantee of one month after receipt. We will then send you the same article free of charge within 30 days, if stock lasts. If not, you may choose another article with the same sales value. Contact us at info@orecchini.be.

There is no guarantee on discolouration of metal parts. This discolouration is natural and depends on the acidity of your skin.
